A Canadian firm is offering customers a chance to design their own website for Amazon.ca.
The company, The Digital Design Agency, is partnering with The Amazon Web Services (AWS) to provide a website design that users can customize and upload to their own websites.
The design process will include a review and feedback process to help customers identify the features they want to see on their site.
“We want to empower our customers to build websites for Amazon that reflect their unique style and goals,” said CEO and co-founder, Sarah McGlone, in a statement.
“Customers will be able to use these designs to create their own online presence that is both personal and creative.”
The Digital Marketing Agency also plans to sell designs and the company is partnering up with a local graphic design agency to create a website template that customers can upload.
The new website will be available for free for two months after the project is complete, and McGlones team plans to offer it as an offer on Amazon.com for a fee.
The site will be designed to resemble the look and feel of Amazon’s own website, while the site will also include a social media section, an e-commerce section, and more.
The Amazon website was created in April to be a service that enables consumers to find products and services on the marketplace.
It is intended to serve as an Amazon portal to other Amazon.co.uk customers, including retailers and others who want to sell through the marketplace or purchase goods directly from the company.
Canada is the country that Amazon first launched in Canada in 2015, and the site is designed to give consumers the best online shopping experience possible.
The firm is currently in the process of expanding its offerings to the United States.
